Pengenalan SWOT

S SWOT

• S1 SLT melebihi 5 tahun pengalaman dan komited. NPQEL dan berpengalaman
selama 7tahun sebagai Guru Besar

• S2 kebanyakan MLT adalah proaktif dan kreatif.
• S3 berdasarkan SKPMg2 S1 hingga S3 2020 purata kualiti SLT dan

MLT adalah 90%
• S4 mempunyai AKP yang cekap, bekerjasama serta komited
• S6 17/18 guru berpengalaman mengajar melebihi 10 tahun.
• S7100% guru mengajar mengikut opsyen.
• S8 88.9% guru siswazah
• S9 60% guru melaksanakan pembelajaran berkesan PAK21
• S11 100% guru celik IT

W SWOT

• W1 SLT belum menguasai kemahiran dalam pengurusan pentadbiran
sepenuhnya.

• W2 SLT and MLT masih kurang berkeupayaan dalam konteks
membuat bimbingan instrksional kepada guru-guru

• W3 Std4 belum sepenuhnya mewujudkan suasana pembelajaran
menyeronokan secara konsisten PAK21.

• W4 Guru kurang menggunakan pelantar GC dalam PdPr
• W6 Pengurusan panitia masih di tahap sederhana
• W7 Belum membudayakan PLC
• W12 Kehadiran kokurikulum kurang menggalakkan
• W13 Pengurusan Badan Beruniform masih di tahap sederhana
