There is evidence that is real.
The priests that performed the exorcism did record it.
And roland doe is still alive at the age of 80, going by the name Robbie Mannheim
This inspired the creator of the exorcist, william peter blatty, to write the exorcist, if
you read the story of this exorcism and watch the exorcist you will find many
similarities.
There are documents proving this happened.

Roland Doe

Roland was born into a german christian family on june 1st, 1939

Doe was an only child and played with the adults of his house.

He mostly relied in his aunt harriet who was a spiritualist

She introduced him to the Ouija Board or back then The Spirit Board

When his aunt died he attempted to make contact with the the board alone. Which
everyone knows thanks to the movie Ouija you never play alone. But it is believed
that instead of his aunt he made contact with a demon.

And during the exorcism he did things like speaking in different tongues, and
things like upside down crosses showed up on his stomach, along with the words
help me.

He also broke the priests nose, got loose from the straps broke a spring out of the
bed and cut the priests arm with it. The exorcisms stretched for 10 months.
