We are now ABTA registered and have just launched A Taste of Spain - which builds on our extensive
experience organising school trips to France - the first two excellent Centres we have in Spain are in Madrid
and Cordoba.

A Taste of France was established six years ago by Colette Patten, a native French speaker and experienced
French teacher, who loves to share her passion for France with the schools she works with. Schools from all
over the UK trust Colette to organise their trips because of the meticulous planning and unique French
experience given to the students. They meet château owners who welcome them into their “home”, interesting
people such as the Mayor of a commune who’ll share with them the passion he has for his job, Artists who
will introduce them into the art of enluminure, stained glass window making, glass making. They also spend time
with boulangers, patissiers chocolatiers who are happy to share their expertise and knowledge and, of course,
they’ll meet French students of their own age.
Emphasis is placed on learning through fun and as well as cultural pursuits we have centres who provide
outstanding sports and water sports programmes.

Our trips to Paris, Brittany, Normandy, Picardy, Provence, Cordoba and Madrid give pupils an exciting
introduction into French and Spanish culture, its way of life, history and traditions. Each trip is tailored to meet
individual group requirements. Including excursions, visits, guided tours and practical activities - all designed
with one aim: to get your pupils fall in love with both France and Spain. Teachers tell us that our programmes
are the best they've experienced and that their pupils’ motivation in the classroom is greatly enhanced after the
trip. Some children say that the trip gave them with the inspiration to study French and Spanish at A level and
beyond.
