CBSE board has a grading point system and so calculate the
percentage you need to calculate the CGPA. Add grade
points of all the 5 main subjects and divide the accumulative
result by 5 to get CGPA. Multiply CGPA with 9.5 to get the
percentage for CBSE 10th result.

Students who appeared for CBSE 10th are waiting for their

percentage from the given grades and grade points in the
result.



Steps to calculate the percentage for CBSE 10th result
First, add grade points of all the 5 main subjects.
Divide the added grade point with 5 to get CGPA.
To get percentage multiply CGPA with 9.5

E.G.
Sub1 = 7, Sub2 = 8, Sub3 = 9, Sub4 = 8, Sub5 = 7
CGPA = (7+8+9+8+7) /5 = 7.8
Percentage = 7.8 * 9.5 = 74.1%

The expected date for the CBSE 10th class result is in the 1st week of May but it
is not yet confirmed. Further admission is based on merit and it considers 5
