The teacher of the month is Coach Wills and
this is his second year teaching at AHS. His
favorite part about teaching is getting to interact
with the kids. He attended Tyler Junior College
and Oklahoma Panhandle State University. If he
could go on an all paid vacation, Coach Wills
would like to visit Europe to see the World War II
memorial sites. His favorite holiday is Thanks-
giving and favorite food is hamburgers. Outside
of school, he enjoys watching movies and listen-

Mrs. Whistler has been teaching at Arp for 7 years and
was a UT-Tyler graduate. Her goals as a teacher are
for the students to know that they are loved, safe and to in-
still in them the continuous love for learning. Outside of
school, Mrs. Whistler enjoys spending time with her two
sons along with her friends and family. She has a wide vari-
ety of favorite foods and enjoys listening to many different
types of music. Her favorite places to go to are Michaels,
Kohl’s, and Johnny Carino’s.

Rayleigh is in kindergarten and her favorite subject is math!
Outside of school, she likes to play with her sister. Rayleigh
likes to listen to country music and when she grows up she wants
to be a cheerleader like her older sister. If she could have a super-
power, Rayleigh would want to be Wonder Woman. Her favorite
