Message from Mrs. Lowery

January and February will fly by quickly; therefore, seniors and early graduates need to be
aware of a few things they need to take care of before May.

 Make sure you have completed and submitted your FAFSA.
 Sign up for February standardized test if necessary.
 Send transcripts to the colleges of your choice.
 Focus on your second semester classes.
 Avoid senioritis.
 Apply, apply, apply for scholarships!!!!

Graduation plans will be distributed during February. Class recommendations will be listed
and you may also have room to add in a few electives to complete your schedule requests.

NHS Blood Drive

The AHS National Honor
Society hosted a blood drive
on Tuesday, January 28th.
The blood drive resulted in
the donation of 46 pints
(units), because of the gener-
osity of 36 individuals who
chose to donate. This blood
drive was very successful
and we look forward to doing
even better at our next one in
September.
