Employee Spotlight

Laramie Allen, Arp ISD’s IT Director, is our Featured Employee of the
Month! Laramie graduated from Arp High School in 2002 and has
been working for Arp for the past 19 years. Laramie received a PC
Certification from Texas A&M Commerce. Laramie’s job is to go to all
the Arp campuses and fix everything related to technology. He also
monitors all internet activity at Arp ISD. He says the best part of his
day is interacting with all the teachers and students because Arp is
such a close-knit community. During his free time, Laramie likes to go
hunting and fishing with his boys. If he were to give advice to any student he would say
“Always be true to yourself and strive for excellence.” Thank you Laramie!
