This study investigated the viewership patterns, audience demographics, and relationships between program quality and viewer satisfaction for Hope Channel Southeast Asia across English, Malay, and Thai-speaking audiences. Guided by Social Exchange Theory, Uses and Gratifications Theory, and Social Cognitive Theory, the research explored how factors such as content quality, presenter style, technical quality, and perceived program benefits influenced viewer engagement.
