The COVID-19 pandemic has led to an increase in the number of remote work
arrangements. It is yet unclear how remote work affects work-life balance, despite the fact that it
has been praised for its flexibility. This study examines the work-life balance and remote work
practices of Southeastern Asia Union Mission (SEUM) employees, as well as those of its missions
in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam during the pandemic.
