The Predictive Role of Motivational Factors on Self-Perceived Employee Performance in International Non-Governmental Organizations in Myanmar.
This study aimed to examine the impacts of both internal and external motivators on job satisfaction and self-perceived employee performance for employees in Myanmar's International Non-Governmental Organizations such as Save the Children, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and the United Nations (UN) Women. The key was to determine how employee motivation and self-perceived performance were affected by intrinsic motivation factors (achievement, recognition and appreciation, autonomy, organizational culture, and personal growth) and extrinsic motivation factors (compensation and benefits, job security, interpersonal relationships, supervision, and working conditions).
