Challenges And Possible Solutions Faced by General Conference Auditing Service Auditors In The Southern Asia-Pacific Division Of Seventh-Day Adventists by Chenai Chigogora

This study explores the challenges encountered by General Conference Auditing Service auditors in the Southern Asia-Pacific Division during the financial audit process. It investigates the difficulties they face, assesses whether clients comply with regulations and international standards, and proposes potential solutions to address these challenges. The recommendations are partially based on insights provided by the auditors themselves. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews with ten auditors to gather in-depth perspectives.
