This study examined the impact of Job Stress, Job Insecurity, and Work Engagement on Job Performance during the COVID-19 pandemic among hotel Industry employees in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This study aimed to find out if hotel employees were stressed and felt insecure during COVID-19 pandemic because the low number of tourists threatened their jobs. This study also helps employers to understand employees' behavior during unexpected situations.
