The success of Puan Natasha binti Noorsalin opened J&T due to the profit rate from the previous business which was from the restaurant. According to Puan Natasha binti Noorsalin, JnT was well received during the MCO, with profit rates reaching up to RM20k within a month. This shows that he is a successful entrepreneur. D’Anjung Warisan Restaurant Mrs. Natasha manages five employees at her restaurant, excluding herself. The hours of the restaurant are 8 am to 10 pm every day. Her restaurant has taken a hit in 2020, potentially triggering the shutdown of the business. Puan Natasha is not very interested in self-rewarding herself, such as buying jewelry, cars, etc. But she is more interested in seeing the growth and development of her business as a reward for herself. For example, from opening a restaurant and she has developed her business by opening a J&T branch as her self reward with a capital of 60K without making any loans. Question 2 Throughout working as an entrepreneur, what makes you stressed? Customers are the source of Mrs. Natasha's constant stress in her business. Customers who are not satisfied with the service received, those who do not understand the process, those who are impolite, etc. are among the customer disturbances she faces.

D’ Anjung Warisan Restaurant&Catering 1.Impatient customer — Mrs Natasha said that they’re sometimes having a customer who doesn’t care about the fact that something is not available or can’t be done at the moment. — Some of the customer impatient when they long waits for seating/services. 2.Customer complaints in a restaurant. — She also said that she always met a customer that complaining to their prices. — Some of the customer complaining to their poor service. 1.Mrs Natasha said that she will not violated the low instead that she will ask the customer to find another courier service. This is to prevent her JNT service receives any bad occurrence in the future. 2. Mrs Natasha will not take it personally, she will listen and if appropriate, she will apologize for the customer‘s sake and solve the problem calmly. 1. Mrs Natasha will assume that the customer has a right to be angry. She will explain clearly about the reason of the matter and take responsibility for the issue. 2. Mrs Natasha has improved their services and she also give a number of factors into consideration to set the price points.
