A 23-year-old English teacher named Mary April R. Bona has a degree in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from Don Honorio Ventura State University. As a Foreign English Language Teacher in the Foreign Language Center department, she is currently employed by and teaching at Rayong Technical College. Despite the fact that Teacher April has only been a teacher for a few months, she already views the experience as a transformative one. According to her, teaching should be done in a way that supports, recognizes, and takes into account the various skills, requirements, and interests of each student. Realizations continued to dawn on her as she developed and learned as a teacher. Before, she had no desire to become a teacher, but she has since come to understand that the profession offers so much more than she could have ever dreamed. The teacher always makes sure to turn in the report by the deadline. Additionally, from Week 7 to Week 12, the teacher was entrusted with summarizing the reports of the foreign teachers.

She helps students by serving as one of the mentors. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, if her schedule allows, she also attends the Zoom meeting for the English club.

The said activity is entitled “KNICE ENGLISH AND DIGITAL ABILITY ENHANCING 2023” to improve the English language competency and Digital literacy skills for lecturers.
