Richard Pieris Group of Companies has been in business for over 90 years and is recognized as the pioneer of the Sri Lankan Rubber products manufacturing industry. In 1992 the company pursued a new strategy of reorganizing the organizational structure of its manufacturing divisions and independent Strategic Business Units (SBU) with full operational autonomy were formed. Richard Pieris Rubber Products Ltd was formed to carry out the Rubber products manufacturing operations of the Group. As specified in the Company’s mission statement, Richard Pieris Rubber Products Ltd is in the business of satisfying customer needs by adding value to rubber to provide products required by the Household, Industrial, Institutional and Export markets. The main strength of the Company is its brand name ARPICO which has become a household name in Sri Lanka. This has earned the Company the trust and reputation of Consumers Islandwide. Principal Activities Richard Pieris Rubber Products Ltd manufactures moulded, extruded, calendered and fabricated rubber products for the domestic, industrial and export markets. Qualified and experienced rubber technologists provide a complete service of product design, mould and die fabrication, compound formulation according to the customer’s specifications.
