Seaspeed Marine Management LLC was incepted in year 2007 in Sharjah UAE and is currently providing

Having a competent team with commercial vessel operations and technical expertise, we aim to provide
world class services to our clients.

We work on the offshore projects involving use of specialized vessels such as DP1 / DP2 Anchor handlers,
Accommodation vessels, Platform supply vessels (PSVs), Dive support vessels, Safety standby vessels etc.
We have experience in chartering and operating such vessels and can offer offshore vessel technical
management services to our clients.

Key Personnel

Chetan Parulekar, Chief Executive Officer:
Chetan Parulekar has more than 25 years experience in the Marine and Offshore Industry, specializing in Offshore Business related to
Rigs / MSVs / FFSVs / PSVs / AHTSVs / OSVs / Barges / Harbour Tugs world wide including India, along with Ship Agency, Ship
Chartering and Container Operations. He last headed the Business Development, Marketing, Operations and Insurance departments at
Great Offshore Limited as Sr. Vice President of the company.

Capt Anil Agarwal, Commercial Operations Manager:
We have a well experienced Master Mariner in charge of our ship operations and commercial management in the team. He is
responsible for day to day running of our operations and has more than 15 years of work experience on ships as well as ashore.
Equipped with a MBA, he supports operations and commercial activities of all company projects in Middle East region and Indian sub
continent.

Gyanesh Sontakke, Technical Head:
Having spent about 27 years in main fleet and offshore industry, he heads the Technical Department, including Certification, ISM,
Technical and Personnel Management, Pre Purchase audits for vessel acquisition, New Builds and PMS / Repairs / projects /
conversions / Dry Docking of managed vessels / damage claims and assist in insurance claims and give consultancy to owners for
damage and insurance claims for hull and machineries. He has hands on experience in managing complete technical aspects of
offshore and main fleet vessels.

Office In-charge along with support team:
We have experienced team to supports our day to day operations. This team has vast offshore experience gained through various
projects in middle east market.

We also have team of consultants (Marine & technical superintendents and Naval architects) working with us on project
basis.
Our representative offices in Singapore and India are fully experienced for value addition support to our activities.

Key Associates

We have expanded our area of operations to attend to our customer needs and give them a quicker solution
locally wherever is their vessel. We have tied up with various players covering Middle East, Indian sub-
continent and African regions. The details are as follows:
 MOU signed with a well placed ship chartering and brokering company in Singapore to cover

Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand and China. Through our partners in
Singapore, we have access to existing as well as new offshore tonnage, coming straight from yard.

 MOU signed with a local Nigerian company to bid offshore vessels in that region covering Namibia and
Angola.

 MOU signed with an Indian offshore ship owner to commercially manage their fleet.

 MOU signed with a Norwegian maritime software company to exclusively represent them in Middle east
and Indian Sub-continent market.

 MOU signed with oldest marine engineering workshop of European standards established in UAE with
factory trained professionals in sales and serving of Marine Engines, Generators, Gear boxes, Turbo
Chargers, CPP systems, Propellers and shafting works, Thruster etc.

 Our Marine and technical consultants are readily available to attend to customer requirements in
various regions.

Ship Chartering Services

Vessel Chartering:

We work very closely with owners and charterers, endeavoring to secure the optimal vessel to meet the
charterers' requirements. The work scope includes spot, short term and long term charters as well as
bareboat charters of all types of offshore support vessels including platform supply vessels, accommodation
units, anchor handling, diving support vessels and OSVs.

Sale and Purchase:

One of our core activities is intermediating sale & purchase of offshore service vessels. We are able to
develop sale prospects for second hand vessels of different age within all offshore segments.

Technical Management Services

We have dedicated team of experts with rich experience in main stream shipping and offshore marine field.
The operations and technical team function out of our Sharjah office.

Our team is equipped with right tools to monitor the vessels' condition and all aspects of their performance
and operations in the following manner:
• Safe and efficient operations management – A dedicated team ensures that we maintain a tight control over

ship operations.

• Crew Management: Over and above our own crew pool, we also source competent officers and ratings from
India, Philippines, Indonesia, UK and East European countries through our trusted and professional manning
agents.

• Liaison with Owners and End Clients: We liaise with end clients on behalf of owners to ensure smooth
operations within charter party terms and conditions. Value added services are also provided to end clients in
consultation with owners on regular basis.

• Planned maintenance system: We are well versed with most of fleet management systems which are currently
being used by ship owners. We are also able to provide our dedicated PMS to third party ships.

• Regular condition assessment: Through our regular inspections and reporting system

• Dry dock planning and supervision: A competitive technical team which has good relationships with all key
shipyards, workshops and OEM suppliers in the region.

• Budget control: Through our Finance Management System in office, we ensure that the costs are within the
allocated budgets.

Technical Consultancy Services

With good experience in managing new building projects as well as executing vessel dry-dock repairs along with
special class surveys, our team provides specialist support services to ship owners / manager from the initial feasibility
study through to complete execution of project.

We also support owners in preparing the vessel’s for charterer’s vetting and third party inspections.

Our well-structured methodology enables us to manage commercially critical projects without undue downtime /
financial losses to our clients.
