8 SIGNS & STICKERS Our Mimaki JFX200 printer produces CMYK, white and clear coat on virtually any substrate up to 2400mm x 1200mm and 50mm thick. With the Mimaki, you can print white on a variety of clear and coloured media for text and graphics that stand out. As a large format hybrid printer, the Mimaki accepts both roll and flat media substrates from films to boards. UV printing and contour cutting is also available. The types of materials this process can print on are virtually limited only by the thickness. Some of the common materials are paper, card, canvas, coreflute, foam PVC, panels, glass, colourbond steel, MDF, plywood board, cloth, even your bedroom door. For a list of all materials see page 26. Our staff complete regular training to make your sign installation process as easy as possible. We own our own cherry picker which expedites installation of high signs. 16 Glass etch or frosting is the perfect solution for blocking out windows without losing light transfer. This could be used for privacy, to create a stylish safety barrier or a fresh look for your glass space. This stylish and practical material can be cut to any shape. 26 GLOW IN THE DARK VINYL PRINT FILMS 3M IJ 180MC-10 3M IJ35C 3M 8518 OVERLAMINATE 3M IJ35 3M IJ480 When partnered with 8518 over laminate, this is perfect for vehicle or boat wrapping. The special air channels and stretch allow the material to be molded over curved surfaces. It works effectively in marine grade or harsh environmental applications. 3M IJ180mC-120 is a special printable metallic wrap film for an attention grabbing finish. 3M IJ180mC-114 is a clear printable wrap film that maximizes design options by letting the original vehicle color show through. Provides UV protection, high shine and anti-graffiti properties. This product is best suited to windows or flat surfaces. It has air channels to allow bubbles to disperse. When coupled with 3M 8508 laminate, you can expect a life of up to 5 years. We use this economical product for bumper stickers or small packaging stickers. It is non-air egress. This specialised product is similar to 3M IJ180mC-10, however it has up to 50% stretch, and is used for large contouring without wrinkles or bubbles. 3M 7725 This 3M Scotchcal Vinyl series includes your flat color range that is contour cut with 7-10 year outdoor life. It also comes in cross hatch air egress 3M Controltac 180C; and Controltac 180 which has a horizontal air egress glue for wrapping. This product is like car “P” plate material. It adheres to windows and has perforations that allow you to see a print on one side, and see through the glass from the other side. This film works well on ute rear windows, or on shop fronts or office glass. This product will protect flared guards of your vehicle in high wear areas. People often use Bodyguard to minimise the impact on their car, boat, caravan against stone chips when traveling off road. This product is also highly effective in other areas of high wear such as around a ute tray or on roof racks. Useful for bus emergency exit signs, etc. CLEAR FOCUS BODYGUARD 3M 7725
27 UNIDOT EARTH WRAP, ALUMIGRAPHICS & ALUTEX REMOVABLE VINYL Unidot is perfect for temporary displays on vehicles or windows. Temporary promotion or event stickers can be adhered to a shop or business window. These are easily removed. CSIRO tested non-slip floor graphic material that is printable in full color. This product is suitable for factories or shops adhering to concrete, bitumen, bricks or tiles either indoors or outdoors. You may wish to promote your products for events or exhibitions. Alumigraphics will also mark your concrete or bitumen with safety stickers. Our materials will remove from a surface without leaving any glue residue. For making tamper-proof labels, once you peel it off it breaks apart. Used for stickers that need to last in high temperature environments up to 220° C, perfect for use on engines and other harsh environments. Mylar Tags, Mylar Stickers, custom mylar stickers. It can be re-positioned and re-used with out leaving a sticky residue or tearing, making it versatile and easily updated or relocated as styles change. Signage projects for Parks Victoria have been large and small, from directional signage and park identification signage to fire emergency signage – from single sign manufacture to rollouts across Victoria with hundreds of signs under project managed conditions. We have completed projects in most Parks Victoria properties across Vic including on the snowline, working with both Head Office representatives and local rangers in the design, manufacture and installation of signage. Of note was the state wide paid camping site rollout, the state game reserve rollout of over 440 signs, and the fire protection signage rollout. We also provided the signage for the Grampians GPT wayfinding and information signage. We have a strong Government sign recycling program. We have completed Parks Victoria Indigenous cultural training relating to sign installation.
