THE PLAN SHOWS THE VARIOUS PLOTS AND A FEW MAIN
ROADS BUT NO DETAILS ABOUT EXISTING STRUCTURES.
THE BMC HAD DONE A PLANE TABLE SURVEY IN 2007 BUT IT
TOOK THREE MORE YEARS FOR THE ACTUAL REALIZATION OF
THE PROJECT, BY THE TIME CHANGES IN TERMS OF
LANDOWNERSHIP HAD TAKEN PLACE AND NEW DWELLINGS HAD
COME UP MAKING THE PLANE TABLE SURVEY OBSOLETE.
THE NOS. ON THE HOUSES OF THE PLANE TABLE
SURVEY AND THE BENEFICIARY LIST DID NOT
MATCH MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO IDENTIFY
BENEFICIARIES ON THE PLANE TABLE SURVEY.
THIS ALSO LED TO AN ADDITIONAL EXERCISE OF
DOING A PHYSICAL CHECK ON SITE TRYING TO
MATCH THE LIST WITH THE SURVEY.

-THE BMC DPR FOR DIVIDING PLOTS AMONG BENEFICIARIES
CONSIDERED THE ENTIRE LAND IN THE SETTLEMENT WITHOUT
SUBTRACTING THE EXISTING HOUSES AND LAND OF THE NON-
BENEFICIARIES.
-THE ROAD LAYOUTS WHICH WERE SHOWN IN THE DPR WERE
CLASHING WITH EXISTING NON-BENEFICIARY HOUSES WHICH WERE
NOT A PART OF THE SCHEME AND THEREFORE NOT GOING TO BE
DEMOLISHED.
-THEREFORE THE BMC DPR LAYOUT COULD NOT BE USED AND NEW
LAYOUT HAD TO BE MADE FOR WHICH AN UPDATED PLANE TABLE
SURVEY WAS A MUST.
