brand which is produced in its factory established in
2011 in Ankara. ONPO Mining with the aim of continious

Gypsum Board factory which was established in 2015

PERONAT
Gypsum Hand Plaster
This is the bagged plaster based ready plaster, which may be applied directly
on the materials such as brick, concrete, exposed concrete, aerated concrete,
pumice concrete, etc. This removes the discrimination between scratch coat
and finishing coat.

The Surface and the Setting to be Applied
- It should be free of dirty material such as dust, oil and paint.
- The surfaces such as extremely dry, hot and highly absorbent should be moisturized with water.
- The surface of the ceilings should be roughened before applying the plaster or undercoated with a material to ensure attachment of the mortar.
- It should be paid attention that there is no air current and air circulation at the atmosphere during application.
- The application temperature should be between +5 and +35 ˚C.
Application
6-6,5 liters of water is poured down into the mixture bowl; 10 kilograms of Peronat Plaster is added sprinkling into the water. It is awaited for a period of
approximately 2-3 minutes in order to cause the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a hand mixer or with the help of a trowel in order to obtain a
homogenous mixture. The application thickness is determined with the help of an annular according to the smoothness of the surface. The prepared mortar
is applied on the surface with the help of a steel trowel. The mortar is flatted trough surface finishing. The surface is flatted after surface finishing with the help
of a steel trowel. If an application of two layers is to be applied, 2nd layer of application should not be started before the 1st layer settles.

Application
Appropriate amount of plaster is prepared (5,5-6 liters of water / 10 kg makonat)in the plastering machine. The application thickness is determined with the
help of an annular according to the smoothness of the surface. The mortar is flatted through surface finishing. When the surface starts hardening, it is flatted
with the help of a steel trowel. When a light pressure is applied on the surface, if it does not subside, trifilling process can be started. After trifilling process,
polishing is made again with a steel trowel and the surface is made ready for painting.

SATONAT
Finish Gypsum Plaster
This has a high adhesion characteristics and it is the last layer of polishing
plaster under the paint. It may be applied both on the mortar and the plaster
surfaces plastered with satin as well as on the gypsum plasterboards.

Cornice Plaster
Plaster board is the building plaster used in the construction off decorative
material such as core, niche and sculptures. KARONAT may be used both for
plaster board casting and in affixing the plaster board.

6,5-7 liters of water is poured down into the mixture bowl; Karanot Moulding Plaster is added sprinkling into the water. It is awaited for a period of approximately
2-3 minutes in order to cause the plaster to absorb the water. It is mixed with a hand mixer or with the help of a trowel in order to obtain a homogenous mixture.
The prepared mortar is poured into the formwork prepared and lubed before. After pouring a layer, a layer of fiber or hemp is laid on that layer of plaster in
order to make the mould more flexible and strong. Another layer of plaster is poured down of the laid fiber or hemp. The plaster poured down into the mold
will start to warm after a while. The plaster first warmed and then cooled will let itself go after a while. The plaster taken out of the mould is left at the room
temperature to dry before mounting.

YAPONAT
Adhesive Plaster Boord
It is used for internal thermal isolation applications with adhesion of EPS, XPS,
composite plate or rock wool to gypsum plates and during adhesion of gypsum
plates to internal space surfaces, such as concrete, bricks, bims block and
gross concrete.

homogenous mixture.
The prepared mortar should be applied to the surface enough intervals in short bursts driven. The bonding process, after the pasted the smoothness of the
surface should be checked.

The application thickness is determined with the help of an annular according to the smoothness of the surface. The prepared mortar is applied on the surface
with the help of a steel trowel. If self-adhesive seam band is to be used, the first layer of application is made after affixing the band. If the self adhesive band
is not to be used, the first layer of DERZONAT is applied in such a way to fill the joints of the seam and seam band is affixed, and then the second layer of
application is made. After DERZONAT is dried, correction is made if necessary.
