The GC3 Depollution System is a Mobile pumping unit for the extraction of,
Gas, Diesel, Oil, Antifreeze & Windscreen Washer Fluid.

System includes our fuel extraction tank drill on wheels for Gas & diesel, for the fast
recovery of fuels. The drill is complete with hoses for extracting fuel via the filler neck for

vehicle fuel tanks not wanting to be damaged. In addition to the system is our free
standing oil, Antifreeze & Windscreen Washer Fluid mobile pumping unit, comes

complete with rubber drainage funnels for engine / gearbox oil and specialist fluid
extraction tooling for oil, Windscreen Washer Fluid & Antifreeze.

The GC6 Depollution System has been specifically designed to reduce the depollution
time for end of life vehicles (ELV’s). Using the fully equipped 6 pump system, if required

two operators can simultaneously depollute a vehicle at the same time.

The GC7 Depollution System is specifically designed to further reduce the depollution
time of end of life vehicles (ELV’s). Using the fully equipped ‘GC7’, two operators can

simultaneously depollute a vehicle at the same time.

The top operator can be extracting fluids from the following - windscreen washer fluid
and antifreeze master cylinder / power steering cylinder / clutch

& brake master cylinder while the bottom operator can be extracting fluids from
the following – fuel, gas or diesel / waste oil

Custom Fluid Storage Tanks

Space saving and robust these steel self bunded tanks are the custom solution for the
safe storage of drained diesel, antifreeze, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid and waste
oil. The custom tanks can be installed as a single storage unit to contain individual fluids

or tanks that can be split internally and consist of up-to 4 compartments.

Internal compartments range from 500-2,000 litres depending on the
customers requirements. Larger units are available, please contact us for details.

Each tank is steel and self-bunded for maximum performance and safety.

Extra optional features include a dispensing pump for diesel
reclamation, giving our customer a useful return on the product.

We supply a range of fuel safe storage tanks, they are designed and approved for the
above ground storage of vehicle fuel. They can be installed either inside or outside.
Due to various equipment and accessories available you will get a gas storage tank
specifically meeting your Requirements.
The tanks are available in sizes of either 200, 500, 995 or 3,000 Litres. All models are
recommended to be fitted with a fuel dispensing pump for reclamation and a
lockable cabinet to house and secure the pump.

Qualification No: 7543-001-01 Module 1 (F Gas Assessment)

The first of 3 modules towards the full City and Guilds qualification in
Mobile Air Conditioning Systems. This is also a mandatory requirement directed by the

European Union and Defra for all engineers who handle refrigerants and carrying
out repairs of vehicle air conditioning systems.

This module is an assessment of the candidates competency and ability to
operate a recovery unit and have a clear understanding of the
fluorinated greenhouse gases and their environmental impact.

On successful completion of this City and Guilds module, candidates will receive
their certificate and this will be a licence for life - dependent on legislation.

DEF Recovery System

Our DEF unit has been specifically designed for the market and is simple to use, the
system comes with a DEF extraction quality control drill, the rubber housed drill top
can be easily removed with a simple twist enabling you to sit the Rubber Drainage
Funnel in its place, the drainage funnel is used for vehicles that have the drain plug on
the bottom of the DEF tank so you can drain directly into the Rubber Drainage Funnel,
as well as this feature it also comes with pick up tools to enable you to get to vehicles

that have multiple tanks.

This DEF system includes our powerful 1” double diagram pump, the pump is enclosed
in a smart steel cabinet on wheels, this enables you to move the unit in and out of the

operation set up. The system comes with fittings allowing you to pipe up the DEF
system to a bulk storage tank or directly into a 25ltr drum that sit’s underneath on the

custom drum bracket.

The DEF system includes a clear bowl filter housing and filter element to suit, enabling
you to reuse the DEF. With lot’s of companies running there fleet on DEF it’s a great

investment which can see good returns.

LPG Recovery Machine

This LPG recovery unit is designed to safely recover LPG from vehicles to enable safe
maintenance with easy to use controls.

With a capacity of 92 ltr (liquid state) this machine is designed to then pump the LPG
back into the vehicles fuel tank or reuse on site fork lift trucks
