A Message From The Gormans

We are pleased to announce some major changes

to our benefits package that will become effective
on June 1st. Drivers will now become eligible for
our Corporate Health Insurance plan the first of the
month (following 90 days employment). The one year
waiting period no longer applies. The cost of health
insurance varies depending on family size. In addition
to the health insurance changes, all Tango Employees
will be eligible to enroll for a $10,000 Life Insurance
Policy. The cost for the Life Insurance will be paid
entirely by Tango. You will need to complete some
forms. These forms will be available at the Shreveport
or West Memphis Terminals. If you prefer you may
also call HR and they will mail a packet to your home.
We are very happy to make these changes to your
benefit plan. These changes were made possible in
large part because of the outstanding customer service
and professionalism that our customers have become
accustomed to our drivers providing. Your hard
work has earned us many new opportunities and it is
only right that our drivers should benefit. Thanks for
continuing to Drive our Business!
This past week was a very special time for Christians all over the world as we celebrated Easter and the Resurrection
of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our Easter wish, is that you experience the joy and comfort that a relationship
with a Living Jesus brings. Happy Easter to all of our teammates and customers.

April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month

Keep Your Eyes on the Road and Your Hands on the Steering Wheel:
April is Distracted Driving Awareness Month

Distracted driving takes many forms. It can
range from texting, grooming oneself, talking to
passengers, to changing the radio station. Even
using a hands-free phone can result in distracted
driving causing a motorist to fail to notice
something in plain view.
Each year, thousands are injured or killed in vehicle
accidents that could be avoided.
Anything that takes your attention away from
the task of driving is extremely dangerous. “It’s
important to keep your focus on the road and to
avoid anything that takes your eyes and your mind
away from driving.”
Please remember: the use of an electronic device
(cellphone, GPS device, etc.), or other distractions,
either inside or outside of the vehicle, can be
extremely dangerous.
