Key learnings: Gaps/Challenges:

 Field level support in Yavatmal district through Vishal and Dinesh jee boost  During the discussion, it seems that most of the time tools are driven by the
confidence among professional and field facilitators. field facilitators with no or less participation from the village community.

 Timely addressing issues by Sandesh Dube, Vishal, Dinesh etc through  It is expected that the soil and water conservation plan developed as the
WhatsApp group, on call leads to achieve the objective and target. village level and submitted to Panchayat with community participation
followed by using tool CLM, CLART, and DET tools but it could not be fully
 Organize weekly training through zoom/google meet platform of learning, achieved as per expectation.
addressing issue as well as feedback of last week work done and next
week planning also worked well.  There is a huge gap between pre and post-monsoon WMT data

 Weekly feedback through presentation on quality and quantity through  Less than 150 village data completed under the Crop water budgeting tool
ppt and discussion on it also set agenda of the weekly meeting. as to the number of villages
