The English Carnival is held to improve pupils competence in using English Language by exposing and giving them opportunity to participate in the English-based activities. This carnival is one of the Highly-Immersive Programme (HIP) that will help pupils to inculcate positive behaviours towards learning and the usage of English Language. Background Objectives To instill interest in learning English Language among pupils. To improve English acquisition to become a competent language user. To build confidence among pupils to take part in competitive language activities with positive fighting spirit. To unearth pupils' talent and creativity.
