1. If any valuable items (such as electronic devices) are brought, individuals assume all risks of damage or loss. 2. Unauthorized leaving of the campsite is not permitted to ensure the smooth running of the camp program. In case of an emergency, please immediately notify any member of the organizing committee. 3. Please follow all procedures listed in the camp schedule, be punctual, self-disciplined, and considerate of others. 4. All lights are to be switched off by 11pm and maintain silence from 11pm to 7am to avoid disturbing others, noisy activities should not be allowed. 5. The campsite gate will close at 10:30pm. If there is an emergency, please contact any member of the organizing committee. 6. Eating and cooking in dorms is not permitted. 7. Please do not take items that belong to others without permission. 8. Please do not take the original items in the room (such as pillows, sheets, and towels) to other rooms, causing inconvenience to the campsite owner. 3
9. Please keep the campsite clean at all times and clean up the garbage before the end of the camp. 10. Gambling, drinking, smoking, and other activities are prohibited on the campsite. 11. Entering rooms of the opposite gender is prohibited. 12. Posting stickers on the walls and ceilings of the conference hall and assembly hall is prohibited. 13. Altering the placement of items in the campsite is prohibited. 14. For your safety, please do not let sea water rise above your ankles while you are in the water. 15. If you have any symptoms (such as sore throat, fever, etc) during the camp, please inform any member of the organizing committee immediately. 16. While the camp is in progress, besides checking the contents in the camp manual, please reduce the use of mobile phones and consider setting them on silent mode or turning them off. 4
