The primary objective of PMBK is to facilitate the effective implementation of development plans and programs in Kelantan. The organisation is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various sectors and initiatives that contibute to the overall progress and welfare of the state. PMBK covers a wide range of sectors and areas in its development plans. These include gold, biotech, mining, poultry, palm oil, solar and real estate. It also include value customers, uphold Islamic principles, nurture a high-quality workforce, and embrace global management practices and technology for efficient operations. PKINK covers a wide range of sectors and areas in its development plans. Kolam Air Panas, Tok Bok, Machang, Kelantan was developed by PKINK. As part of their efforts to promote tourism and development in the state, PKINK has invested in the development and maintenance of the natural hot spring site. The development may include the construction of facilities, such as pools, changing rooms, walkways, and other amenities to enhance the visitor experience. PKINIK's involvement highlights their commitment to the tourism sector and the economic development of Kelantan. The location also offers picturesque views and opportunities for relaxation and leisure activities. The project is a collaboration between CIDB and PKINK. The site ownership date is scheduled for 15 August 2022 and the expected completion date is 12 August 2024. The project focuses on the establishment of an Excellence Centre for Industrialized Building System (IBS) covering an area of 200 acres. It includes 47 industrial lots and 60 commercial lots, each measuring 1.09 acres. Additionally, the project encompasses the Malaysian Polytechnic Research Training Center, IBS Plaza, Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Training Center and an Exhibition Complex. Located in Pantai Cahaya Bulan, Kelantan. The factory area consists of three different locations, each serving a distinct function in the batik-making process. Located at Dataran Muhammadi, this establishment is a result of the PKINK initiative, designed to establish a centralized hub for the collection of products from entrepreneurs in Kelantan. PKINK will assist entrepreneurs in obtaining support, including from organisations such as SIRIM Berhad, National Entrepreneur Development Corporation (PUNB), and Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE). By centralising the collection of theses products, it becomes more efficient to showcase and market them to a wider audience. The visit commenced with a guided tour of the facility, offering the chance to witness a diverse array of Malaysian handicrafts. This encompassed both traditional crafts, showcasing the cultural heritage of Kelantan, as well as contemporary creations. Throughout the tour, we were able to witness the intricate details and craftsmanship involved in the creation of these handicrafts. Overall, the 4-days educational visit to Kelantan was a highly valuable experience that successfully achieved its objectives. The visit has laid a strong foundation for future engagements, partnerships, and mutual growth and development between Sarawak and Kelantan.

The spotlight was on Encik Nicholas Jeffery who officially handed over his responsibilities as the Naib Pengerusi MBJ SEDC for the term 2021-2023. The mantle of leadership was passed on to Encik Sapuan Mawi, the newly appointed Naib Pengerusi MBJ SEDC for the term 2023-2025. This transition was overseen by Puan Hajah Rakayah Hamdan, Deputy General Manager of SEDC. The ceremony featured a special moment when Puan Marilyn N. Biyor was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation. This accolade regonised her remarkable contributions as Ahli Pegawai spanning from 2004 to 2022. Certificates of Appreciation were then presented to Ahli Pekerja who exhibited outstanding dedication to MBJ SEDC during the term of 2021-2023. Puan Hajah Rakayah Hamdan concluded the ceremony with an insightful remark. She underscored the pivotal role of MBJ as an essential platform for addressing staff matters.
