Ir. Saibi bin Dikam in 2005 to provide a complete and

Perunding Puncak Anugerah Sdn Bhd (PPA) is registered with
Board of Engineers Malaysia, Ministry of Finance Malaysia,
State Treasury and various other Government and quasi
Government agencies.
 
Perunding Puncak Anugerah Sdn Bhd (PPA) has a team of
senior professional staff with extensive experience in various
civil & structural engineering fields gained from their past over
25 years. The multi-disciplinary team enables the firm to
provide comprehensive of high standards of consultancy
services to our clients. Our mission is to professionally serve
our public and surrounding environment to a sustainable well-
being and harmony of the nation.

Ir. Saibi bin Dikam is a Professional Engineer
and has been 26 years experience in civil &
structural engineering consultancy practices.
After graduating from University Technology
Malaysia (UTM) in 1990, he immediately joined
Kumpulan Konsultant (M) Sabah as a Resident
Engineer and after that he worked as a Civil
Engineer in Utama Jurutera Perunding for 5
years. He was the Executive Director of
Perunding Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd for 10 years
before he form PPA in 2005. He has been
actively involved in design, project
management and contract administration of
school, road, water supply, and geotechnical
project

Ir. Liau Fung Kiong is a Professional Engineer
and has been 33 years experience in civil &
structural engineering consultancy practices.
After graduating from Liverpool Johnmoores
University in 1983, he joined Deltamas
Construction Sdn Bhd as Site Engineer and
after that he worked in Hap Seng Properties
Sdn Bhd as Project Engineer. He was a
Resident Engineer in Utama Jurutera
Perunding for 4 years. He was also the Principle
for Jurutera Perunding Raya in 1995 then he

engaged as Project Manager in Perunding
Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd for 10 years. He has been
actively involved in design, project
management and contract administration of
school, industrial development, highway,
flyover, bridge and geotechnical projects.

IEngr. Wong Sha Seng is a senior engineer with
an experience more than 26 years. He also
have a experience in geotechnical for about 5
years with Ground Engineering Sdn Bhd. He
joined Perunding Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd from
2001 until 2005 as a Executive Engineer before
he works with Perunding Puncak Anugerah
Sdn Bhd in 2006. He has been actively
involved in design, project management and
contract administration of school, road, water
supply, and flyover project.

Ir. Chin Boon Ho is a Professional Engineer and
has been 35 years experience in civil &
structural engineering consultancy practices.
After graduating from National Taiwan
University in 1979, he immediately joined China
Engineering Consultants, Taiwan as Structural
Engineer and after that he worked as Site
Engineer in BES Engineering Corporation at
Sabah. He was a Civil Engineer in GCS Sdn Bhd
for 4 years and became a Chief Civil/Structural
Engineer in Corporated International
Consultants for 4 years. He was also a Branch
Manager at Tawau in Utama Jurutera
Perunding for 5 years, then he joined
Perunding Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd as Technical
Manager for 10 years. He has been actively
involved in design, project management and
contract administration of various projects.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Perunding Puncak Anugerah Sdn Bhd (PPA) provides a comprehensive civil &
structural engineering consultancy services in planning, preliminary design,
etailed design, construction supervision management and contract anagement
for projects from feasibility studies to large complex development fields as
follows:

Structural works for residential, academic, commercial and industrial
buildings.
Planning and design of warehouses and factories developments.
Infrastructure works for development schemes.
Water supply schemes for rural and urban areas including intake,
treatment, pumping station, reservoir, transmission and distribution mains.
Flood mitigation schemes including drainage and river system to Urban
Stormwater Management Manual For Malaysia Standard.
Sewerage system schemes for rural and urban areas.
Urban and rural road, highway including flyover and bridges.
Foundation and geotechnical fields
And any other related to civil engineering fields.
