after that he worked in Hap Seng Properties
Sdn Bhd as Project Engineer. He was a
Resident Engineer in Utama Jurutera
Perunding for 4 years. He was also the Principle
for Jurutera Perunding Raya in 1995 then he

engaged as Project Manager in Perunding
Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd for 10 years. He has been
actively involved in design, project
management and contract administration of
school, industrial development, highway,
flyover, bridge and geotechnical projects.

2001 until 2005 as a Executive Engineer before
he works with Perunding Puncak Anugerah
Sdn Bhd in 2006. He has been actively
involved in design, project management and

supply, and flyover project.

structural engineering consultancy practices.
After graduating from National Taiwan
University in 1979, he immediately joined China
Engineering Consultants, Taiwan as Structural
Engineer and after that he worked as Site
Engineer in BES Engineering Corporation at
Sabah. He was a Civil Engineer in GCS Sdn Bhd
for 4 years and became a Chief Civil/Structural
Engineer in Corporated International
Consultants for 4 years. He was also a Branch
Manager at Tawau in Utama Jurutera
Perunding for 5 years, then he joined
Perunding Bumi Utama Sdn Bhd as Technical
Manager for 10 years. He has been actively
involved in design, project management and
contract administration of various projects.

feet deepwater well for JKR.

Working closely with GCS Sdn Bhd., consulting engineers as engineering
geologist forthe engineering design of the 34km highway financed by the World
Bank. Duties involved route selection, detailed assessment, of rock formations
exposed along the proposed alignment, evaluation of cut slope design based on
measurement and evaluation of existing slopes. Supervision of geotechnical and
preparation of soils and materials report etc.

SANDAKAN WATER SUPPLY EXTENSION SCEME-STAGE 1

Involved in all geotechnical aspects of the project, including ground water
potential studies involving drilling of some 10 exploratory water wells,
developing and test pumping etc, also involved in the foundation exploration for
the pump house and treatment plant at Bukit Garam; mapping and supervision
of between Bukit Garam and Sandakan town.

KOTA KONABALU WAYER SUPPLY

Mapping of the pipeline route and supervision of the insitu field testing for
establishing the bearing capacity of the subsoil as well as rip ability of the
weathered bedrock along the route for the installation of pipes.

Site engineering geologist coordinators for
the sub-soil investigation for the Labuan Water Supply site investigation. The
project included some 25nos. of boreholes with piezometer instrumentation, test
pits and insitu material testing for three potential dam sites.

GEOTECHNICAL ASSESSMENT OF SUB-SOIL CONDITIONS FOR THE 700 ACRES
