INTRODUCTION

2020 is indeed a challenging year. Ever since the
COVID-19 pandemic started in March 2020 until now, it

has definitely affected some of the planning.

Thank you to all Directors, Heads and staff under the
purview of ODRSDCE for all the efforts throughout the

year 2020.

Not to forget, the Principals and Fellows of Mahallah
who have contributed in ensuring all students’
development plan as a success.

Despite that, we still managed to succeed in the
programmes to realise all the targets that have been
