Helen came quietly from where she had been hiding.
She crossed the field slowly and quickly. Her aunt
shouted so loudly and coarsely that it reminded her
crow’s coarse voice. Helen shook the frostily set
snow out of her hat. She gave a clearly friendly smile
at her aunt. But this only served to make her angrier.
She shouted harshly asking her to stop it. Helen did
not speak. She stared calmly at her shoes. Her mind drifted easily back into
her own dream world. Looking up, she tossed her head boldly.

The Fox and the Grapes
On a hot summer day, a fox came upon an orchard and saw a bunch
of ripened grapes. The fox planned to satisfy its hunger. The fox moved
back a few paces and jumped to reach the grapes. The fox tried many
times to reach to the bunch of grapes but in vain. The fox was tired of the
tiring work and concluded that the grapes were sour.
The Clever Fox
Once, a clever fox was walking through
the forest. He had a good meal. He was
very happy. On the way, he saw a well.
He looked into it. He saw his image in the
water. Suddenly, he fell into the water.
There was plenty of water in the well. He
tried to come out. But he could not jump up.
At the same time, a goat was coming there.
Hearing the sound from the well, he looked into it. “What are you doing
there?” the goat asked the fox. “I am drinking this very tasty water. It is
very tasty that I have been drinking it for many hours” the fox said.
The foolish goat jumped into the well without knowing the truth. He
just wanted to drink that sweet water. At the same time the fox got on
the top of the goat and jumped out of the well. He thanked the goat for
being kind to him and walked away. The goat got a miserable death.
