香茅

Mosla chinensis Maxim

香茅，是禾本科、香茅属的约 55 种芳香性植物的统称，亦称为香茅
草，为常见的香草之一。因有柠檬香气，故又被称为柠檬草。治疗风湿
效果颇佳，治疗偏头痛，抗感染，改善消化功能，除臭、驱虫。抗感
染，收敛肌肤，调理油腻不洁皮肤。赋予清新感，恢复身心平衡（尤其
生病初愈的阶段）。是芳香疗法及医疗方法中用途最广的精油。也可用
于室内当芳香剂。
