Τα εκθεσιακά έργα

που έχουν επιλεγεί για

το Μουσείο, σχετίζονται

αρχικά με το ζήτημα της

Ανθρωποκαίνου, δηλαδή

της εποχής κατά την οποία

η ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση

επιδρά πλέον κατά κόρον

στη Γη και στο περιβάλλον.

Τα έργα αυτά, αντίστοιχα, έχουν

άμεση σχέση με τα τρία στοιχεία

της φύσης: αέρας, νερό και γη.

Εκτός όμως από τη νοηματική

τους έννοια, έχουν μελετηθεί και

επιλεγεί σύμφωνα με τον τρόπο

που τα βιώνει ο επισκέπτης και

πώς αλληλεπιδρά μαζί τους.

The art exhibits which have
been chosen for the Museum,
are related to the subject of
the Anthropocene,namely the
era during which the human in-
tervention has a huge impact
on Earth and the environment.
These works, respectively, have
a direct link with the three na-
ture elements: air, water, earth.
Besides their conceptual
meaning, they have been
studied and chosen accord-
ing to the way that the vis-
itor experience them and
how he interacts with them.





Η μορφολογία του κτιρίου

του Μουσείου προέκυψε

αρχικά με την εφαρμογή

της χρυσής τομής και στη

συνέχεια με το σχηματισμό

εγγεγραμμένων κύκλων,

ως σχεδιαστικά εργαλεία.

The morphology of the Muse-
um building was generated
initially from the application
of the golden ratio and then
from the formation of circum-
scribed circles, as design tools.



Οι διαδρομές έχουν δημιουργηθεί τόσο σύμφωνα τη
μορφολογία του κτιρίου, ως συνέχεια των παραπάνω
χαράξεων, όσο και από το σχήμα του οικοπέδου.
Παράλληλα, εξυπηρετούν το κόνσεπτ με τη σύνδεση
του ανθρώπου στο ευρύτερο περιβάλλον του.
Στα σχέδια φαίνονται και οι διαφορετικές
ποιότητες χώρων (πυκνή- αραιή φύτευση,
ξέφωτα, χώροι αναψυχής, περιπάτων, έκθεσης).

The paths have been created accord-
ing to the morphology of the building, like
a continuity of the above engravings, as
well as according to the shape of the site.
At the same time, they serve the concept with
the human connection to his wider environment.
In the designs, appear also the different quali-
ties of space (thick- thin planting, glades, rec-
reation areas, walking areas, exhibition areas).

The transparency of the facades helps
to the connection of the interior with the
exterior and thus to the idea of the hu-
man connection with his environment.

sities, multiple spatial
elements, can have
different impact on
the function of hu-
man brain, thus cre-
ating different feel-
ings and capabilities.

Based on the above research, a building structure is created, which is based on the excessive use and repetition of these elements.
Respectively, the three levels are configurated, that, from top to bottom, serve functions such as work, education and habitation.

“reCREATE Elaionas”

Με έμπνευση τα εικονιζόμενα case-
studies, το masterplan περιλαμβάνει:

κτίρια “ορόσημα” με συγκεκριμένα

προγράμματα, προσβάσιμα

με ποικίλους τρόπους,

διαμόρφωση πάρκων, τοπίο,
διαδρομές και συνδέσεις με
διαφορετικά μεταφορικά μέσα

και τέλος στηρίζεται στην
επανάχρηση γι’ αυτο και διατηρεί
το βιομηχανικό στυλ της περιοχής .

With inspiration from the desplayed
case-studies, the masterplan includes:

buildings “landmarks” with specific
programs and multiple ways of access,

park configuration, landscape,
paths and connections with
different means of transport

and finally it is based on the
re-use this is why it maintains
the industrial style of the area.

Το masterplan περιλαμβάνει
πολυάριθμες χρήσεις έτσι ώστε να
αναβιώσει η περιοχή και να καλύπτονται
τομείς όπως η τέχνη και η ψυχαγωγία.
Συγχρόνως όμως, στεγάζονται
και τα απαραίτητα γραφεία και
διοικητικοί χώροι. Στα πλαίσια
της επανάχρησης, διατηρούνται
ακόμα και ορισμένες βιομηχανίες
και χώροι, που συμβάλλουν στη
λειτουργία του συγκροτήματος.

The masterplan includes numerous
uses so that the area is revived and
sections like art and entertainment
are served. At the same time, the
necessary offices and administrative
spaces are being housed. In the con-
text of re-use, some industries and
areas are maintained, that contrib-
ute to the function of the complex.

υ/ Ground floor Plan Το masterplan αφορά γενικά στην αστική ανάπλαση της περιοχής του Ελαιώνα. Βασίζεται
μακα/ Scale 1: 2500 στo συνολικό σχεδιασμό του τοπίου με υπάιθριους χώρους, εσωτερικά προγράμματα
και διαδρομές ώστε να σχηματίζει ένα ενιαίο συγκρότημα τεχνών και ψυχαγωγίας.
Toμή/ Section Σύμφωνα με την αρχή της επανάχρησης, διατηρούνται οι κυκλοφορίες των
ίμακα/ Scale 1: 1000 δρόμων και οι σκελετοί των ήδη υπαρχόντων κτιρίων καθώς επίσης χάρη στις
συνδέσεις γεφυρών, γίνονται προσβάσιμες και οι οροφές των κτισμάτων.

The masterplan is generally about the urban renewal of the area of Elaion-
as. It is based on the entire landscape planning with outdoor spaces, interi-
or programs and paths so that is shapes a unified complex of arts and recreation.
According to the principle of re-use, the road routes and the building frameworks are maintained,
as well as thanks to bridge connections the rooftops of the buildings become accessible.
