บทที่ 3 ผลกำรส ำมะโน 31 แผนภาพ 3.2 ร้อยละของการฟื้นตัวและอุปสรรคที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถฟื้นตัวของสถานประกอบการ โดยเปรียบเทียบ สัดส่วนรายรับในปี 2565 กับรายรับในปี 2562 (ปีก่อนเกิดสถานการณ์โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19) 3.4 ควำมคิดเหน ็ และข้อเสนอแนะของสถำนประกอบกำร 3.4.1 ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินกิจการของสถานประกอบการ สำหรับสถานประกอบการที่มีปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำเนินกิจการ พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 89.7) สถานประกอบการประสบปัญหา และ (ร้อยละ 10.3) ไม่ประสบปัญหา โดยสถานประกอบการที่ประสบปัญหา พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 76.0) สถานประกอบการประสบปัญหาในด้านเศรษฐกิจไม่ดี/ชะลอตัว รองลงมา (ร้อยละ 60.8) สถานประกอบการประสบปัญหาในด้านต้นทุนในการผลิตสูง รองลงมา (ร้อยละ 23.8) สถาน ประกอบการประสบปัญหาในด้านคู่แข่งในอุตสาหกรรมที่มากขึ้น สำหรับสถานประกอบการที่ประสบกับปัญหา ในด้านอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากที่กล่าวข้างต้น มีสัดส่วนร้อยละที่ต่ำกว่า 23.8 ตามลำดับ (แผนภาพ 3.3) 88.6% 6.8% 11.0% 3.1% 1.6% 0.8% 29.5% 11.3% ก ำลังซื้อยังคงอ่อนแอ กำรขนส่ง/กำรเดินทำงยงัไม่กลบัสู่ระดบัปกติ ลูกค้ำ/ผ้คู้ำยงัคงปิดโรงงำน ขำดแคลนแรงงำน ลูกค้ำมีกำรสั ่งซื้อจำกประเทศอื่น ๆ บ้ำง ลูกค้ำย้ำยค ำสั ่งซื้อไปประเทศอื่นถำวร พฤติกรรมของผ้บูริโภคเปลี่ยนแปลง มำตรกำรภำครัฐ ตอบได้มำกกว่ำ 1 ค ำตอบ 3.1% 8.7% 42.6% 26.0% ยังคงหดตัวมาก 19.6% ยังคงหดตัว อยู่ในระดับทรงตัว ขยายตัวได้ดี เริ่มฟื้นหรือขยายตัวบ้างแล้ว อุปสรรคที่ทำให้ไม่สามารถฟื้นตัว 3.7% อื่นๆ

สำ มะโนธรุกิจและอตุสำหกรรม พ.ศ.2565: อตุสำหกรรมกำรผลิต 32 แผนภาพ 3.3 ร้อยละของสถานประกอบการที่มีปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำเนินกิจการ 3.4.2 ความช่วยเหลือที่ต้องการจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ สำหรับสถานประกอบการที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ พบว่าส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 82.7) ต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ และ (ร้อยละ 17.3) ไม่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ จากหน่วยงานของรัฐ โดยสถานประกอบการที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานของรัฐ พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 72.1) ต้องการความช่วยเหลือในด้านการลดต้นทุน รองลงมา (ร้อยละ 48.0) ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ในด้านการส่งเสริมการลงทุนให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการ รองลงมา (ร้อยละ 25.1) ต้องการความช่วยเหลือในด้านการ จัดหาแหล่งเงินกู้ดอกเบี้ยต่ำ/ผ่อนปรนเงื่อนไขการเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินกู้ สำหรับสถานประกอบการที่ต้องการความ ช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานของรัฐในด้านอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากที่กล่าวข้างต้น มีสัดส่วนร้อยละที่ต่ำกว่า 25.1 ตามลำดับ (แผนภาพ 3.4) 76.0% 60.8% 23.8% 16.6% 8.1% 9.6% เศรษฐกิจไม่ดี/ชะลอตัว ต้นทุนในการผลิตสูง คู่แข่งในอุตสาหกรรมมากขึ้น ขาดเงินลงทุนและเงินหมุนเวียนในการประกอบการ ขาดแคลนแรงงาน ขาดแคลนวัตถุดิบ ไม่ประสบปัญหำ ประสบปัญหำ 10.3 89.7% ตอบได้มากกว่า 1 คำตอบ

ภาคผนวก ก แผนกำรเล ื อกตวัอย่ำงและว ิ ธ ี กำรประมำณผล โครงกำรสำ มะโนธรุกิจและอตุสำหกรรม พ.ศ.2565: อตุสำหกรรมกำรผลิต จังหวัดนครำชสีมำ แผนกำรเลือกตัวอย่ำง 1 สถานประกอบการที่มีจำนวนคนทำงาน 1 - 10 คน แผนการสุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้เป็นแบบ Stratified Systematic Sampling โดยมีประเภทมาตรฐาน อุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) ปี 2552 (Thailand Standard Industrial Classification: TSIC 2009) ในระดับ กิจกรรมเป็นสตราตัม ขนาดของสถานประกอบการเป็นสตราตัมย่อย และสถานประกอบการเป็นหน่วยตัวอย่าง 1.1 การจัดสตราตัม ประเภทมาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรม (ประเทศไทย) ปี 2552 (Thailand Standard Industrial Classification: TSIC 2009) ในระดับกิจกรรมเป็นสตราตัม ซึ่งมีทั้งสิ้น 409 สตราตัม และในแต่ละประเภท ของกิจกรรมได้จำแนกสถานประกอบการตามขนาดของสถานประกอบการ ซึ่งวัดด้วยจำนวนคนทำงาน ออกเป็น 2 ขนาด หรือ 2 สตราตัมย่อยดังนี้ 1.2 การเลือกตัวอย่าง ได้ทำการเลือกสถานประกอบการตัวอย่างในแต่ละสตราตัม และสตราตัมย่อย อย่างอิสระต่อกัน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกตัวอย่างแบบมีระบบ ได้จำนวนสถานประกอบการตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 5,015 แห่ง จากทั้งสิ้น 7,215 แห่ง ขนาดของสถานประกอบการ 1 2 จำนวนคนทำงาน 1-5 6-10 1
