LEGO MASTERS COMPETITION • For Level 1 pupils. (YEAR 1-3) • Will be conducted during Science lesson.(first lesson of the week) • Pupils will take part in the competition individually. • Pupils have to bring their own Lego set from home. • Pupils can choose a theme to create a model or structure using Lego. • Lego model will be evaluated based on selection of theme, creativity and presentation. • Pupils will be given 30 minutes to build the model/structure. • Teacher in-charge : En.Arvin
YOUNG SCIENTIST COMPETITION • For Level 1 pupils. (YEAR 1-3) • Will be conducted during Science lesson.(second lesson of the week) • Pupils will take part in the competition as a group.(4 pupils in a group) • Pupils can choose an hands on experiment based on theme given. Year 1 : Magnet & Colours Year 2: Balloon & Electricity Year 3: Salt/sugar & Liquids • Pupils must bring the things needed for their experiment from home. • Experiment will be evaluated based on selection of experiment, cooperation, handling of apparatus, materials and presentation about the Science concept. • Pupils will be given 20 minutes to set up their experiment, label the apparatus and materials. • Teacher in-charge : Pn.Janakumari
