EPR Localisation Sessions:

Please ensure your team members attend if they have been invited for the next 12
weeks, our EPR team is working closely with staff across the Trust in a series of
‘Localisation Sessions.’

These sessions will determine the new processes and workflows that will be part
of our new EPR.

The team has worked with representatives across the Trust to identify appropriate
attendees.

If you have team members that have been invited to these sessions, please stress
the importance of their attendance in order to ensure everyone is represented.

If you have any questions please contact [email protected]

Maternity MgSo4 & Steroids: Please complete the Antenatal Steroid
and Magnesium Sulphate Wizards on K2, so accurate and
up to date information can be transferred across to
BadgerNet. These are essential data, form a part of NNAP
dashboard and we are mapped against performance and
compliance and this is audited every month.

Fresh Eyes: We have maintained a persistent 95% -100%
compliancy within our practice over the last 12 months,
which is an amazing achievement.

Please can you all ensure that when the Dr’s carryout a
CTG or Patient review that they use the fresh eyes wizard
to make sure this compliancy continues.

K2 Online Learning: It is everybody’s responsibility to
ensure your K2 online learning is completed prior to it
expiring.

Everyone is sent a reminder 6 weeks before the due date
and then a reminder is sent every week until completion.
You may also receive a reminder from Rebecca Cadman
(who has since left the trust) this is because she set up
the reminder programme.

The compliancy is monitored each week and as this
forms part of safety for maternity therefore it is vital it is
completed on time.
