CULTURAL ARTS

 

MUSIC TOGETHER – This nationally and internationally acclaimed early childhood program is designed for young children and the 

adults who love them. With this fun and highly educational program, you will learn how to nurture your children's natural 

enthusiasm for music and movement through play. We sing, dance, play developmentally appropriate instruments, and do rhythmic 

activities with balls, hula hoops, scarves, and more. A beautifully illustrated and informative songbook, parent education materials, 

and an outstanding CD and digital download of the rich variety of music covered in class are included in your registration fee, so you 
can have the music everywhere you go! Come join us for some family music‐making fun! $65 for additional sibling over 8 months; 8

BALLET – TINY TWINKLERS – Independent classes – Parents not allowed in the gym except on parent viewing days.  

MyStyle Dance Ballet classes will teach your little one basic dance moves as well as timing, rhythm and poise. This class allows your 

child to be the ballerina princess she has always wanted to be. Participants need to wear black or pink leotards and tights with ballet 

shoes.

MyStyle Dance Hip Hop Classes are a fun and exciting way to learn the basic and advanced dance moves and get great cardio 

workouts all while having a great time. This class is a combination of ballet and acrobatics combined into one class.

HIP HOP 6‐12 

This class combines hip‐hop dance and gymnastics in one session. There will be 2 weeks of gymnastics and 2 weeks of hip‐hop per

  FITNESS

 

GENTLE JOINTS (LOW IMPACT) 

Gentle Joints is a low impact aerobics and strength training class designed specifically for mature adults and individuals with joint 

challenges. Class format will vary among instructors. The class may include the use of hand weights, stability balls, and various 

resistance equipment such as bands, Pilate’s circles, and mini‐balls. The class is geared toward issues relevant to this age group such 

as balance, flexibility, strength, posture, cardio‐pulmonary fitness, and exercises to target bone density, mobility and joint issues.

ZUMBA GOLD  

Zumba Gold is a series of fitness programs designed to bring the Zumba program to the active older adult. Zumba Gold is a Latin 

inspired, dance‐fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting 

exhilarating, and effective fitness system. Zumba Gold also tones and sculpts the body using an aerobic fitness approach to achieve a
