We have the ability to react to every situation and regularly
operate a 24 hour, 7 day service. All our staff are highly trained,
multiskilled and work to the ‘just in time’ ethos.

Many of our clients- directly and indirectly are household names,
restaurant chains, fast food outlets, supermarkets, the service
industry and even television production companies. But we still
service many local businesses, councils, schools, clubs and shops

EMBROIDERY AND PRINT - WE ARE EXPERTS IN OUR FIELD

P&P have an in-house 24 hour embroidery, print and design service
which specialises in the 'just in time' ethos. Over a 24 hour day, our 3
machines with 22 embroidery heads can embroider over 1000
garments. By working 24/7 we have the capacity to produce up to 8000
units a week.

We also have the facilities to produce vinyl print in single and multi
colour designs, thus enabling our clients the combination of print and
embroidery on the same garment.

Over the past eight years we have built up a good working relationship
with external screen printers, who have a similar philosophy of the
JIT process.

We can provide a full colour printed garment using a“sublistatic printing
process”the only artwork required is a high resolution picture. We can
replicate a photograph in great detail and print onto an apron or other
garments, which is a great way of promoting your business or product.
Ideal for short runs (as low as 50 pieces) and low set up costs.

more and more in supplying the catering industry with
various types of clothing. At our factory we manufacture
everything a restaurant or catering environment could
need including chef jackets, aprons, trousers, hats, catering

P&P is quite unique in that we can manufacture workwear as well as
supply it. We manufacture everything from trousers to jackets, tabards
and many other bespoke products. We also supply, embroider and print
everything else you may need in an industrial environment, including
PPE, boots, outerwear, jackets, rainwear, refrigeration clothing etc.

The above enables us to ensure that our customers can have their
products as they require in the colours that they need, to fit all
different shapes and sizes as well as being able to fulfil a complete man

Over the past 26 years we have used hundreds of thousands of various
types of casual wear including polo shirts, fleeces, jackets, hats and
t-shirts. We use various quality brands which we have found over the
years to be of a quality where we have none or little issues, with
launderability, wearability or general sizing.

Through experience we are able to supply products to fit the
environment and the budget required. With such a large range of
products to choose from, we are able to fulfill most enquiries for large
and small businesses and corporations including the private sector.

We have available on request a 600 page catalogue covering every
aspect of clothing that you may need. We are confident we can source
most products you may ever need and print and embroider them with
your logo or endorsement.
