Nitol-Niloy Group is a household name in Bangladesh. Over the years, it
has expanded its activities into commercial vehicle assembly, passenger
car sales, vehicle service-finance-dealerships, motorcycle

manufacturing, paper, insurance sectors in order to provide quality
products at affordable conditions to the people of Bangladesh. Today the
group has shaped itself as a true conglomerate from its original identity

as a transport based trading organization.
The group is now poised for new investments into housing, electric cars
and other new advanced projects. It has plans for foreign investment too.
It is fast emerging as a major player in the economic arena of Bangladesh.

Abdul Matlub Ahmad founded Nitol Motors Ltd., the flagship Company, in
1981. New industries and service organizations were created by him which
has made Nitol Niloy Group strong and vibrant in Bangladesh. Today over
9000 direct and indirect employees are working in the group and over 5
major industries are running in full steam. Matlub has contributed to other
sectors as sports, chamber of commerce activities and Government boards.
He served as a President of the Apex body of all Chamber and Association of
the country - FBCCI. He founded India Bangladesh Chamber, Automobile
Association, Cement Association too. Matlub contributed to project
Bangladesh; as one of the best destination for investment in the world. He
had participated in many national and International business meets.

Abdul Matlub Ahmad is a Graduate from Oxford, UK and shines with his
brilliance in academics and Business world. Nitol Motors is the largest Joint
venture company in automotive sector of Bangladesh. It is now having TATA
Motors and Hero Moto Corp. as their joint venture partners. He is now
expanding into manufacture Industry of Automobile accessories, Bus and
truck RADIAL tire manufacturing.

Selima Ahmad MP, an entrepreneur and business leader, was elected as the Member of
Parliament of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in the 11th National Election held in December
2018, Since than she has been relentlessly working with dedication for the betterment of people
of Cumilla-2 constituency (Homna-Titas).
As the President and Founder of Bangladesh Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(BWCCI) and Vice Chairperson of Nitol-Niloy Group, Selima Ahmad is the developing world’s
personification working for the private sector development for the last 30 years. With her deep
understanding of business, she focused on developing entrepreneurial talent, organizing financial
and marketing resources to enable women get over hurdles. She founded BWCCI in 2001 to
empower businesswomen and developed more than 51,497 women entrepreneurs. Her dynamic
advocacy brought two policies for women entrepreneurs that include getting bank loans with low
interest and without collateral which helped more than 15,250 women receive bank loans. Her
advocacy facilitate $12.5 Million, a separate allocation in the national budget for the women
entrepreneurs. Under her leadership 23 projects have been completed to build capacity of
Women entrepreneurs. She mentors and promotes entrepreneurs and Women Chambers all over
the world with special focus on SAARC countries.
She obtained graduation and Masters in Business Management from the University of Dhaka and did
short courses from USA, Japan, Denmark and Canada. She is a fellow of Stanford University, USA.
She is the former Director of Janata Bank Ltd., Sonali Bank Ltd. and Bangladesh Development
Bank Ltd. She was a faculty member of Dhaka University and American International
University-Bangladesh (AIUB). Her work has been recognized by many awards including Oslo
Business for Peace Award 2014. Apart from that she has been awarded with Jeane J. Kirkpatrick
Award 2013, Islamic Development Bank Prize 2012, Priyadarshini Award 2012, TIAW World of
Difference Award 2010 for her accomplishments.

Abdul Musabbir Ahmad (NITOL) is an energetic, dynamic and farsighted
industrialist with visionary zeal and possess extraordinary power of digital
knowledge. Under the leadership of Musabbir the group businesses are
endlessly growing such as Niloy Motors Ltd. (Niloy Hero), NITS, N-Reach,
Radio Next 93.2 FM, Nitol Electronics Ltd.
Musabbir is MD of NITA (Nitol-TATA), MD of Hero Niloy Joint venture
companies. He looks after the Driving Training School (DTS) as well.
Musabbir is an Executive Member of IBCCI (India Bangladesh Chamber of
Commerce and Industry), DCCI (Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry),
BAAMA (Bangladesh Automobiles Assembles & Manufacturer Association),
and ALC (Association of Listed Companies). Abdul Musabbir Ahmad (Nitol) is
the eldest son of Abdul Matlub Ahmad and Selima Ahmad.

Abdul Marib Ahmad (Niloy) is the Vice Chairman of Nitol-Niloy Group.
He is the youngest talented, energetic, a prominent strategist in
Bangladesh, who is the youngest son of business leader Abdul Matlub
Ahmad and Ms Selima Ahmad.

He has played a pivotal role in taking decision for various companies
such as Nitol Tata commercial vehicles, Nitol Tata Sales Division,
TATA Passenger Car Business Unit, Niloy Cement Industry (Public
Limited), Nitol Aayat Properties Ltd. He is playing a role as a market
strategist of Nitol Motors since 2013 and has got extraordinary
control over the subject.

Nitol Aayat Properties Ltd. is a cutting edge property trading company
established in 2017 to serve the nation with apartment & properties at
structured credit facility. The Managing Director of this company Mr.
Abdul Marib Ahmad discovered this strategy to facilitate the customers
with this industry standard policy. From the inception the company has
a stock of more than 2000 apartments and a notable number of clients
round the country.
