ORDERING

Place your order by emailing [email protected]. Please include the service date and time. We will
reply with an electronic quote or invoice, deposit request, and any additional questions. Order minimum is
$100. Find us on Grub Hub for small orders for private delivery.

FOOD

Pancakes delivered in individual containers, side dishes in aluminum trays. Food will be delivered hot, set up,
and marked with food labels. Chafing stands & sternos provided upon request at a small additional charge.

DELIVERY

Delivery is $10 within Chicago city limits. For suburban deliveries up to 30 miles outside the city limits, we
charge $25. Inquire for pricing for longer distances.

DEPOSITS

Payments for orders under $200 are due upon booking. For all bookings above $200, a 25% deposit is required
when a reservation is placed, in order to reserve the date and time.

PAYMENTS

Final payments are due one business day prior to service. Any payment made after the date of service will be
subject to a $25 per day late fee.

PAYMENT METHODS

Invoice payments can be made online by credit card or PayPal. Checks are accepted if received at least 5
days in advance of service. We also accept Chase QuickPay.

ILLINOIS STATE SALES TAX

Prices do not include retail sales tax, currently 10.25%

FOOD TRUCK

Service available within greater Chicagoland for an additional cost of $150. Total order minimum of $500 (ie,
food order plus food truck fee = total) required for food truck service. Inquire for more details.

WEDDINGS

We cater many wedding related events, from showers and brunches to full service dinner menus, late night
snacks and dessert tables. Contact us to find out how Babycakes can enhance your special day!

CANCELLATIONS

All prepayments and deposits will be returned in full if the event is cancelled by the client 30 days or more prior
to the event. If cancelled less than 14 days prior, the full deposit will be retained by Babycakes. If cancelled
less than 7 days prior, a 50% payment will be required to cover the cost of supplies. If cancelled by Babycakes
for any reason, all deposits and prepayments will be returned immediately.

FINAL GUEST COUNT

Final guest count and menu choices are due 5 days prior to event date.

CUSTOM MENUS

We are happy to work with you to provide a themed or custom menu for your event.

CONTRACTS

We are happy to provide a contract with terms and conditions and event specifications upon request

INSURANCE

Babycakes maintains General, Automobile and Liability Insurance in excess of one million dollars.
