Kim Nam Joon

Kim Nam Joon, known to fans as Rap Monster before RM
(born September 12, 1994), is a South Korean rapper, songwriter and producer. He is also the
rapper and leader of the famous South Korean boy group BTS under Big Hit Entertainment.

As a child, RM began learning English skills with his mother through watching the
international sitcom Friends, and at 11 years old, he became interested in hip-hop music. Pop
after listening to Epik High's "Fly" after his teacher introduced him to a song by American
rapper Eminem has made him interested in writing lyrics And after that, RM became an
underground rapper under the name "Runch Randa", who previously worked with Block B's
Zico during the duo's underground rapper days.

Later, RM signed a contract with Big Hit Entertainment as a trainee. And trained for 3
years until on June 13, 2013, officially debuted as a member of BTS with the release of the
group's first single album "2 Cool 4 Skool".

In education, RM graduated at Apgujeong High School. He was elected as an honors
student. He was also able to score 900 on the TOEIC test when he was in middle school, and
he had an IQ of 148 and was in the top 1.3% of the country in the university entrance exam.

(RM) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 12 กันยายน ปี 1994 เป็นแร็ปเปอร์, นักแต่งเพลง และโปรดิวเซอร์ชาวเกาหลีใต้
นอกจากนี้ยังเป็นแร็ปเปอร์และหัวหน้าวงบอยแบนด์เกาหลีใต้ชื่อดัง BTS สังกัดค่าย Big Hit

ในวัยเด็กของ อาร์เอ็ม นั้นเขาเริ่มเรียนรู้ทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษกับคุณแม่ผ่านการดูซีรี่ย์ซิทคอมต่าง
ประเทศเรื่อง Friends และในวัย 11 ปี เขาก็เริ่มมีความสนใจในดนตรีแนวฮิปฮอปหลังจากที่ได้ฟังเพลง
"Fly" ของวง Epik High ต่อมาจากการที่คุณครูของเขาได้แนะนำให้เขารู้จักกับเพลงของ Eminem
แร็ปเปอร์ชาวอเมริกัน ก็ได้ทำให้เขาเริ่มสนใจในเรื่องของการเขียนเนื้อเพลง และหลังจากนั้น อาร์เอ็ม ก็ได้
