MY LIFESTYLE My favorite dish is Sichuan Mala. Due to chinese people living in Huikwang and Ratchada, Mala restaurant is opened continuously. There are buffet restaurant and restaurant that cut prices based on what you put in hotpot. The Reason why I love this dish is because of its taste and it can add everything we want to eat in our pot. Moreover, eating Sichuan Mala makes me feel like eating a salad because it’s not that many calories which make us gain weight and also helps to stimulate the digestive system. This menu is my favorite and one day, I would like to open a Mala restaurant to reduce Chinese entrepreneurs in Thailand. Nowadays, Chinese culture has spread in Thailand, especially Mala which is a Chinese hotpot. This menu is made with Chinese sauce including cinnamon, star anise, fennel, bean paste, chili oil Sichuan peppercorns, garlic ginger, and black cardamom. The taste of this menu is spicy hot and numbing. People also called this “MalaTang” because ma (⿇) and la (辣) mean to numb and spicy. 03
A PERSON I ADMIRE The person whom I admire the most is the K-pop game changer group Newjeans. They are from South Korea’s music industry with different styles of members. This group has 5 members which are Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin and Hyein. To me, they are my idols and motivation because they have shown me how efficient young people are nowadays. It doesn't matter how old you are, but it is about how passionate you are. 04 Because they are a very new group in this industry, they have gotten a lot of judgments. The truth is they are not only nice looking but also very talented. After they debuted, they have gotten a lot of success while still in their teens. First single, Attention, has surpassed 100 million streams. In 2022, this song rost to No.51 on the billboard in jig time. The news shows that reasons why Newjeans have gotten a lot of famous is their style of songs and characters of a group. All of the songs are unique. Moreover, it is ear and mind friendly.
SWU AT A GLANCE SWU Night market is the newest hangout place for SWU students. This place is located in front of Professor Dr. Saroj Buasri Building which is open every Friday night. Anyone can come here, not necessarily to be a student of Srinakharinwirot University. To begin with, there is a food selling zone. Looking around the market, the price is cheaper than others, and most of the customers are students. There is not only a variety of food but also entertainments for chilling and relieving mental. Because it's night time, the weather becomes cooler than in the afternoon so it is a great time to relax with friends or family. The place, including the weather and green area, creates a pleasant mood and abandons anxiety. It has a place for students who want to show their talents. So performers can earn experience and make the audience enjoy. I hope that all of the above will interest you in visiting this market. SWU Night Market 05
NEWS REFLECTION In all honesty, I believe the Sherpa people are greatly impacted by Goddess belief. According to the news, Kami Rita decided not to make his 26th attempt, even though he is the record holder for climbing Mount Everest the most times. This occurred as a result of his nightmare in which the mountain goddess forbade him from going there, so he is not. Man decided not to climb Mount Everest because he had a bad dream about a “Mountain Goddess” 06 He told the reporters himself that climbing up there is his dream but he felt the Goddess did not want him to go so he will wait. He is quite strict with his decision, he put off his goal and waited for signs so he could return and eventually complete his dream, Kami Rita profoundly believes in the goddess, he is unlikely to act in a way that would contravene the mountain goddess’s wishes. Personally, I believe he would chose his beliefs over his dreams and is eager to accomplish anything Goddess demands.
A WHOLE NEW WORLD SWU in 2050 will be the university with the most convenient transportation. Nowadays, most of students usually go to campus by public transportation. Students have to walk from the skytrain station to the university. Because it is located in the center of the city, it is hard to build a skytrain station. According to the weather in Bangkok, it is too hot to walk through the roasting day before studying. This makes us out of passion for studying before class starts. I hope SWU has its own station for students commuting easily. Besides convenience, this innovation will preserve them from air pollution and sunlight. 07 To solve this problem, It is a great idea to build a subway under the SWU ground. If it happens in 2050, students will be more comfortable. This station will be the center for transferring subway lines due to this being between MRT Phetchaburi and BTS Asok. Not only those who going by metro but those who bringing car to campus should receive comfort too. So car parking lots should be automated so that those who bring their cars to the university don’t waste time finding a parking space. Finally, if these two things in the future, it will guarantee that our university will be the center of convenience.
