Why this activity is suitable for child health?
Yoga helps children manage their anxiety.
The breathing exercises and relaxation techniques learned
from practicing yoga can help children with stress
management. Teaching children how to reduce stress in a
healthy way is an important life skill that will help them as
children and as adults.
Yoga enhances children’s concentration and
memory.
One of the top benefits of kids’ yoga is that the different
types of moves requires children to focus and work on
their memorization skills—both of which can translate over
into their academic performance.
Yoga develops children’s strength and flexibility
Yoga helps strengthen children’s growing bodies and helps
them improve their flexibility, which can reduce their
chance of injury.

Why this activity is suitable for child safety?
Ensure the method is correct
Children need more comprehensive training that
includes fire drills. In an emergency, good training can
overcome the instinct to panic. Fire drills using the
stop, drop and roll method can ensure they will know
what to do when faced with a fire.
Avoiding Injury
A fire can cause injury and death to anyone in your
building. By giving them the training they need, they
won't injure themselves when using a fire extinguisher.
Sometimes, the best way to avoid injury is to escape
the fire. Proper training such as stop, drop and roll will
also teach children to recognize when the situation
becomes too dangerous for them.
Damage Avoidance
Fire drills are an important part of providing your
kindergarten with the necessary fire protection
measures. This stop, drop and roll method can
prevent damage to the kindergarten and save
children's lives. Stopping the fire before it can grow
out of control is important to prevent the fire from
spreading.
Stop 4
Do not run around if your clothing is on fire, because this
will only provide oxygen to feed the flames.
Drop
Get down on the ground as quickly as possible
Roll
Smother the flames by rolling around, to take away their
oxygen. Make sure you roll completely over, to smother
flames on all sides of your body.

WHY THIS ACTIVITY IS SUITABLE FOR
CHILD NUTRITIONS?
Energy
Fruits and vegetables contain natural sugar, glucose,
and fructose. Both these sugars are condensed
sources of energy and are a healthy replacement for
high-sugar processed items like candies, colas, and
cakes. Eating fruits and vegetables, in recommended
portions, can help manage your child’s weight and thus
combat lifestyle-related health issues, such as obesity,
in the long run.
Bone health
Several epidemiological studies indicate the direct
relationship between bone health and regular
consumption of high amounts of fruits and vegetables.
The prime evidence is the possible ability of fruits and
vegetables to enhance potassium uptake. Besides,
fruits and vegetables contain vital vitamins, minerals,
and antioxidants that could also help maintain bone
health.
Digestive health
Whole fruits and vegetables (with peel) are rich in
dietary fiber, which includes soluble and insoluble fiber.
Insoluble fiber present in the fruit helps add bulk to the
diet. Besides, it helps in smooth intestinal motility. Both
these qualities help regular bowel movement and thus
avoid constipation
