This refresher training is divided into three groups and is open for registration from the last week of July until the first of August. The table below shows the registration report. There are 4 divisions that are not completed in registration: Finance & Accounting Division(90%), Sales Division (96%),Marketing & SYM Division (86%) and Operation Division (98%).

As shown in the table, the number of participants in the third group exceeds the number of registered participants (18 attendances) since we automatically included personnel who are not registered to the third group. Feedback Survey Report The feedback survey was completed by 321 attendees, representing 97% of the total attendance of 332. After attending the refresher training, 92% of attendees felt confident to use the knowledge from the workshop, rating it as improving their knowledge (33%). Moreover, the rating for the training's equipment was 92%, and the training's period was 92%. For the trainer parts, the trainer was evaluated on the topics of answering the question completely and clearly (95%), and providing easy-to-understand examples (96%).
Suggestion Report we received all the comment form attendance for improving our next training. Most of the comments suggested that it should be trained onsite to gain more effective communication. All the commenters would like to have more refresher training to update their knowledge. They appreciate the class environment. 1. 2. 3.
