All in all, “Prevention is better than cure” is better than cure” is a statement to ensure compliance from the outset so potential risks and negative impacts can be avoided. One of our prevention strategies is that our compliance team will be continuing a set of activity plans that Tailer has made for all of you. All policies are important, particularly those that are related to your most frequent use in your daily operations. I want to emphasize the focus topics as below: Comply with Competition Law Anti-Bribery and Anti-Fraud Economics Sanctions Human Rights Information Security etc. As well as fundamental policies likes business credo and code of conduct. And in FY2024, these are examples of activities: Training Refresher/Quiz/Workshop to all staff or selective in division wise Compliance Activities, including Interviews with Leaders Monthly meeting with the Compliance Committee Last but not least, our hotline protocol serves as a vital tool for reporting any potential violations of company policies, unethical behavior, or concerns related to compliance issues.
