LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

I saw a total team effort,” said Jets assistant coach Garcia Dalzon,
speaking for head coach John Parziale after he left early for personal
reasons. “I think with the shortened season and COVID, it just shows the
resilience of the kids. It’s all about the kids. … It’s always a great thing to

win because it just confirms all the hard work that was put in.”

Jashua Delacruz (Junior) was named MVP, winning a total of 3 gold
medals: 100m hurdles, 400m low hurdles, and triple jump.

Gratitude: I'm thankful for my parents and my little brother for supporting me, even

could ever hope to know. I would also like to thank Eastie High School for
giving me the strength I needed to take the next steps towards my dreams.
