A MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD COACH
AS THE HEAD JV COACH MY GOAL IS TO MOTIVATE THE YOUNGER
PLAYERS to succeed both on the court and in the classroom. We plan to
raise them to be leaders in order to adequately prepare them for the real
world after high school. Many of our players from the previous year will
no doubt be moved to Varsity and although we lost some of our seniors
I am very excited to see how the returners will handle this new responsibility given this
opportunity they’ve been handed.
The Returners will set the tone for the new arrivals that will need to prove themselves
when the stage is set.
I am looking forward to a great Season and reuniting with all the returning players this
fall. I am anxious to see how they all have improved and how they’ve expanded their
playing ability.

A MESSAGE FROM THE HEAD COACH
THE JETS LOOK TO IMPROVE FROM A BANNER 2016-17 SEASON in which the boy’s
team captured the city championship and the girl’s team made signifi cant strides. The boy’s
team lost a number of seniors who contributed to the success of the program the past
couple of seasons. However, a strong returning group headlined by Adly Francois, Gelson
Barros, Andres Gonzalez, Brandon Ortega, Jordan Mejia, Roberto Dubon and Marcus Heard
look to lead the Jets to a 3rd city championship. On the girl’s side, there is a strong group
of seniors looking to lead the Lady Jets on their quest for a city championship. Heidy Delcid, Yoanelle Koutelle,
Alicia Alejandro, Jennifer Argueta and Stephanie Faiella will be major contributors to the team this season.
Coach Dalzon is looking to build on the success that the team has accomplished during his fi rst two seasons
and is humbled and honored to lead the Jets for a 3rd season.
