1. Looking to get back into the work field while bringing your kids to work

It is a great benefit to work in the same facility that is helping nurture and care for your child. For example, if you have a job that pays minimal
wage—and your whole check would go to pay us, it may be worth considering working here. Child care benefits for employees are $10 per
day. Because most of our staff work 10 hour days, that works out to $1 per hour. If you are making $13 some where and you have to pay for
child care, what are you actually walking away with after your child care expense? Work here, we will train you and send you to ECE educa-
tional course work, see your child throughout the day, no evenings, no weekends and get your 40 hours in 4 days. Three off to spend with fam-
ily. No Holiday Work, Earned Vacation after your anniversary.

2. College Students (Gateway, Parkside, Carthage, On-Line, Blended Education Students

Because we are open Monday through Friday 6:15 am to 6:00 pm. You could work here around your courses. We ask that college students try
to take coursework on some days, and leave work for the others… for example; have class on Tuesday/Thursday full days….. And maybe work
MWF. This leaves, your evenings free for night courses, homework and life; and your weekends and holidays free too. Get some hours in to
help pay for school, but be done at a reasonable 6 pm. We have some students that have worked for us their entire college life. They may take
all their classes in the am blocks and be available every day after 1 pm to help with the close up of the Center. These folks are invaluable to
us, as a 12 hour day is hard to cover, so they make good floats for filling in the little holes in the schedule.

3. Seniors or folks looking for a part time gig that may not want to work nights or weekends

Over the years, we have hired many people at EL in their twilight years. Sometimes they have a limited income and would like to enhance it
with a day or two of work. Many “grandmas” have spent their lives taking care of their children and grandchildren—and find themselves wid-
owed with idle time on their hands. They have raised beautiful families and are such an asset to our community— what better job than to come
in and work with children. To so many of these folks, it is a natural vocation. Babies need individualized care, and holding and feeding and lov-
ing while parents work. Some of our biggest connections have been with our elder staff members and the families they serve.

Due to the staffing crisis felt across all fields, this is a nice opportunity for work. Because we are
in a situation where we have enough lead staff to run the classrooms—we are looking for some
fresh staff to “assist” them in the day-to-day work encompassing a classroom.

We will consider 20-40 hours . The options are as follow:
Assistant Staff Support:
Full Time would be 40 hours per week (4-10 hour days)
Part Time could be 20 hours per week (2—10 hour days, 4– five hour days, or anything in between.

We can not accommodate mid-day work or just ams, but we are open to discuss two, three or four day schedules.
Duties: Helping teachers care for children (infants/toddlers/preschool or school age) and execute activities to enhance their curriculum

Clean room environment and keep it in good sanitary condition… wiping down equipment, sanitizing toys and furniture, mopping
floors and cleaning bathrooms as needed. Caregiving skills such as diapering, feeding, supervising children’s play
Requirements: Fingerprint cleared through the DOJ

My first listing had an accepted offer within the first couple days
of going live. I believe it’s because of numerous factors, such as
the amount of advertising, our company’s reputation and the
extensive research we put into the homes before we list them.

What types of specific marketing systems and approaches do
you use to sell a home?

We at Shorewest use many different ways such as our company
website, my personal website, social media. I will personally
boost ads on social media and many different websites that do
sponsor ads.

What type of support and supervision does your brokerage
office provide to you?

It is truly a family feel at the office, wonderful agents who are
willing to help anyone at the office even if it’s not their listing or
client. A great Sales Director who is always available to help at

and additional training within the company from advertising,
forms and documents, motivation, and success training
