The Press Club is located at the entrance to Hall 6, where you can
pick up your Kit and the daily programs for JEC World events. There
are computers and a printer available, a cloakroom, and a concierge

A cloakroom and baggage checkpoint reserved for VIPs, journalists

No olympic game without composites, that is as simple. Reinforced plastics are

According to statistics, the automotive sector is growing
steadily worldwide. In 2017, the number of passenger cars
rose to 73.4 million and that of commercial vehicles reached
23.8 million, a total of 97.3 million vehicles produced worldwide,
up 2.36% from 2016 (source: OICA – international Organization
of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers). This new book, written by
Deloitte for JEC Group, will tackle the concerns of regulations,
technical innovation and the evolution of consumer expectations
in the automotive industry.

Flax and Hemp solutions meet not only the technical requi-
rements of composite manufacturers in terms of innovative
and high-performance reinforcements, but also societal
expectations in terms of fiber traceability. Furthermore,
the use of these fibers helps to reduce the environmental
impacts of composites.
In response to this, the European Confederation of Flax
and Hemp (CELC) has been working in cooperation with its
European Scientific Council on a 2018 technical and
scientific publication. This work is the result of sustained
R&D within the structured European industry, and is geared
to industrial expectations. This richly illustrated technical
book, written by the 10 experts in the field, is based on an
open innovation approach.
