Outcome-Oriented Digital Framework
for Implementing Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY)
1
About CDFI
CDFI was established in September 2014 with funding support from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Michael and Susan Dell
Foundation, Omidyar Network, Tata Trusts, and institutional support from Institute for Financial Management and Research
(IFMR).The primary objective of the Centre is to reduce inequities in financial access and services using technology. The
Centre, therefore has been developing, testing and scaling innovative digital solutions in collaboration with its partners. CDFI’s
tech partners for innovations are typically small agile firms and startups, while it works with larger public and private partners
for testing and scaling. Some solutions are being implemented as part of large scale and impactful government programs.
