EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
National Radiology Consultants, PA (NRC), a Division of National Healthcare Providers, is pleased to submit this
provisional proposal to provide Professional Radiology Services to Presence Health. NRC is an established and well
respected pillar of the medical community. We provide market leading radiologic interpretations as well as Interventional
and Neurointerventional services to the facilities we serve. Our practice interprets a mix of modalities across the radiology
spectrum including but not limited to X-rays, Neuroradiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasounds, Mammograms, Fluoroscopy, and
Nuclear Medicine. In addition, we provide the full spectrum of Interventional as well as Neurointerventional Radiology
procedures at select locations.
NRC, its physicians and staff are committed to providing timely, accurate and definitive radiologic image interpretations
and interventional radiology service 24/7/365. Our goal is to collaborate with ordering physicians and leverage our
technology in order to ensure ordering physicians are able to make the most informed decisions as related to treatment
planning and clinical care, thereby enhancing the patient experience and improving clinical outcomes.
NRC is confident that we will provide exemplary on-site and after-hours remote image interpretation to Presence Health.
We look forward to forming a partnership with Presence Health in order to create Radiology Centers of Excellence and to
enhance the level of radiology services presently being provided to your medical staff and patients. By partnering with
NRC, Presence Health staff physicians will receive timely, accurate and definitive diagnostic imaging reports on a 24/7/365
basis.

radiology services. We are committed to supporting Presence Health’s mission to expand and enhance its professional
radiology services. NRC is recognized as consistently providing the fastest Turn-Around Time (TAT) for image diagnosis,
while still maintaining the strict quality of care and accuracy that our referring physicians and their patients expect us to
deliver. (See TAT below)

The previous chart highlights how National Radiology Consultants improved a hospital’s STAT Turn-Around-Times
immediately after the inception of services. Not only were we successful in significantly decreasing TAT’s, physician and
patient satisfaction showed marked increases in improvement, ultimately resulting in this facility’s ability to capture
additional market share in a highly competitive geography.
We are confident in our professional radiology capabilities and we will collaborate with Presence Health in order to meet
your commitment to provide high-quality image-based diagnosis with decreased Lengths of Stays and market leading Turn-
Around-Times. NRC has worked with several facilities in order to capture additional market share in imaging services and
has greatly impacted patient, employee, and referring physician satisfaction rates. We also have a proven track record of
increased overall CT Guided, Embolization, and US Guided procedures, along with Interventional procedures.
Our full service technology offering complements our existing on-site physicians by allowing for overflow back up coverage
during peak coverage periods with the added benefit of providing a redundant PACS and VR technology platform as well
as a Data Analytics package at no cost to our hospital customers (Assumes minimum radiology volumes of 30,000 studies
per year). With our current technology we can respond to Hyper Acute Studies in 20 minutes or less as well as STAT
studies within 30 minutes or less. We effectively communicate immediately with the Ordering Physician for all Critical
Results and unexpected findings and document all communications in the medical reports. We deliver real-time, final,
standardized reports on a 24/7/365 basis through an HL/7 integration with your facility’s Interface Engine, PACS, RIS and
EMR systems.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
National Radiology Consultants will provide Presence Health Facilities with on-site coverage on a 24/7/365 basis.
Standard Diagnostic Services will be inclusive of:

 General diagnostic imaging,
 Nuclear Medicine Coverage,
 Neuroradiology Coverage,
 MSK coverage
Advanced Services (Based on Facility Need and Volume)
 Advanced interventional radiology coverage
 Women’s imaging to include;

o Breast MRI,
o Stereotactic breast biopsy,

 All coverage will be provided by Fellowship Trained, Board Certified physicians.

Technology
Single Platform PACS System with a Unified Worklist across all Presence Health Facilities,
Voice Recognition System, Physician Workstations, excluding monitors
HL/7, ADT, ORM, ORU Interfaces to support standardized real-time final reports.

COST OF SERVICES
In general, for every facility or grouping of facilities generating greater than 30,000 radiology studies per
year, either in the aggregate or individually, all services provided to Presence Health Facilities for on-site
and after-hours remote radiology services are provided at NO COST to the facilities.
*Assumes a financially viable payor and modality mix. Each agreement will be evaluated on a case-by-
case basis.
*On-site Coverage/ Staffing patterns will be determined once National Radiology Consultants reviews
historical annual volume as well as payor-mix for Presence Health.

COST OF TECHNOLOGY
Each party will be responsible for their part of any costs associated with the integration of PACS/ RIS and
VR technology.
