ABOUT THE AUTHOR
The author's name is Evie Tamala Binti Zainal. She is 20 years old.
And a place to live in Klang, Selangor. The writer is a student and
studies at Cats College (International College of Creative Arts
Technology). The writer is majoring in Business administration,
the writer has also done one of the assignments from one of the
subjects namely Innovation Management. In addition, the writer is
also in the 5th semester and there are 2 more semesters left to

ABOUT THE COMPANY (GRAB)
Grab Holdings, commonly known as Grab, is a
Singaporean multinational technology company. It is
the Singapore-based Grab Holdings, also referred to as
Grab, is a global technology corporation. It is the
creator of the Grab super-app, which gives customers
access to digital payment, food delivery, and
transportation services through a smartphone app.
Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Myanmar,
the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore are
the current locations where Grab is active. It is the
largest technology startup in the region and the first
decacorn in Southeast Asia. In addition, construction

ANTHONY TAN
(CEO OF GRAB)
Mr Anthony Tan, 34. Tan was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 1982 to Tan
Heng Chew, president of automotive conglomerate Tan Chong Motor
Holdings, and Khor Swee Wah. He is the youngest of three siblings and is the
Group Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of GRAB. Tan completed his
Masters in Business Administration at Harvard Business School in 2009-
2011. He started GRAB with co-founder Tan Hooi Ling, 32, in 2012. Under his
leadership, the company has expanded to 28 cities in six countries in
Southeast Asia such as Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia,
Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Anthony developed GRAB
from a taxi booking app to a market-leading ride-sharing app that provides
the most varied range of transportation services in Southeast Asia by
focusing on hyperlocal business strategies and forging key alliances.

be displayed on your phone screen (car model and color, license plate number,
full name of the driver and often it contains a photo of the driver as well). So if
